Green Conversions provides a one stop conversion shop; we do everything for you. We order the grease kit and have it shipped to our location. We store it and professionally install it on your vehicle. We then deliver the vehicle to you. You will receive a turn key system. Upon delivery of the vehicle we will need 30 minutes for the overview and training of the system. It’s important that our clients understand the install and components of the system.

How do I get scheduled for an install/conversion?

First, you will need to place your order with us and along with a $2000 deposit. Once all the parts arrive, we will then call you to schedule a time to have the Grease kit installed. You will pay the remaining balance upon pick-up of your vehicle.

Green Conversions is also able to repair or upgrade exciting grease kits, that you might have had installed by another company. We provide this service for a flat shop rate of $50.00 an hour. Our years of experience ensure that vehicles will be fixed and on the road in no time.

·    All kits will come with a flat plate heat exchanger

We can install any kit you need on any of your specified vehicles. We will also upgrade all of your fuel lines with biodiesel-rated Viton hoses by Dayco

replace the plastic hose in the hose system with an aluminum hose 

to increase heat transfer and durability. A flat plate heat exchanger

  will also be installed that lets you to switch over to use cooking oil faster. Another installation will be a computer control system provided by Greasecar 

or a VO Control automated system from vocontrol.com.
